Upshift problem

Upshift problem 

when I start a lap at the first corners there is no problem, but then i the gears are going up and down en after that I cant shift up to another gear. It isnt a problem with my Wheel because is got a brand new one, and before this one I had the same problem. Do anyone know a fix for this bug?
