visual glitch after recent update

After the recent update the game just broke visually. it glitches out and start moving in and out towards the top left. i have spoken to multiple people and some have the same issue. can this be look...

After update , tyre smoke after lockup is pixelated. Also when going off track gravel/ grass coming out the back of cars pixelated. Looks Redic. In the wet can’t see a thing as all spray is pixelated too.

Also all the above visuals “hang in the air” for a long time.

Visually looks like it’s gone back 20 years.
