visual glitch after recent update

After the recent update the game just broke visually. it glitches out and start moving in and out towards the top left. i have spoken to multiple people and some have the same issue. can this be look...

I dowloaded the latest update at f1 24 and my screen is changing every second is unplayable  bought in steam. [Game code removed]
