Wheel rotation issue

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not 100% recreatable. Plug in a wheel, change maximum wheel rotation to something other than 400 degrees and it might work or might not.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter what the wheel rotation is set to, the wheel always rotates up to the default 400 degrees
What do you expect to see? The wheel rotating to the Maximum rotation set up in the control scheme

I am aware this has been reported before, and i have had this issue for a while aswell. In the past the fix was to simply disable, then re-enable the control scheme. But since the latest patch this no longer works for me.

I have tried: 

- plugging the wheel out and back in 

- restarting the game 

- restarting the console 

- checking my settings in Logitech G Hub

- Changing every calibration and force Feedback setting back and forth 

- deleting and re-installing the game 
- using a different PSN account

all without any success.

The issue happens only on F1 24. When i had deleted and re-installed the game i also tried it with the day one version of the game, where the wheel rotation worked fine. Once i downloaded the newest Patch, it was broken again.
