Wheelbase, wheel, and pedals being read as a keyboard.

My Asetek La Prima, GSI X-29, and Fanatec CSL v2 pedals are being read as a keyboard for some reason in the game. I only have this issue in this game. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a fix for this. If it is a issue with having 3 different manufacturers or having the pedals plugged into the pc please let me know.

I also will add whenever my game reads the input of my wheel the fps immediatley drops to 105 and stays there no matter what settings I have them set to. And no v-sync isnt on.
