Xbox turtle beach wheel not found f1 24

I'm having the same issue.

I've tried restarting everything and I downloaded the latest firmware but it still won't work. 

I'm on the series X.....

I've had the same problem with the Turtle Beach wheel not being detected by the f1 24 game. I only bought it because the EA comparability listing has it down as compatible 

I have the xbox s. 

I have the same issue on Xbox Series X 

F1 24 does not detect the TB wheel.

F1 22 does detect the wheel without issue.

It would be helpful if someone from the EA team could tell us is anybody is working on trying to resolve this issue

Would be nice but ea or turtle beach are no responding to any forums about this issue with the wheel. I've had the wheel since day 1 it came out and dissatisfied with it as not many games on xbox can use it with. Ea have listed it as compatable but think it's down to turtle beach to send a firmware update to wheel have tried to contact them but heard nothing. I thought fanatec customer service was bad lol
