AI Qualifying simulated times are ridiculous

When a car gets pole there’ll be a 0.710 gap to the car behind even if they’re not in the fastest car, which is ridiculous. This makes qualifying extremely boring and repetitive, when you know a random driver will get pole by an unbeatable time.
