BUG - UI - Hulkenberg and Hakkinen names are incorrect

There is currently a bug in the game in which Nico HÜLKENBERG and Mika HÄKKINEN's names are incorrectly written in the UI. Mika HÄKKINEN is actually correctly written in the subtitles when read off the starting grid, so I don't understand why their UI names are incorrect here.

Respectively, they should be written as "Nico HÜLKENBERG" and "Mika HÄKKINEN"

Method of Reproduction
1. Boot the game

2. Enter My Team

3. Set up a save file with "Icons Enabled", specifically, Mika HAKKINEN

4. Enter the main menu of My Team

5. Go to the driver market.

6. Find Mika HAKKINEN and Nico HULKENBERG

7. Observe how their names are incorrectly spelt with missing umlauts.

8. Find "Joshua DÜRKSEN" and observe that he correctly has the umlaut in his name.

This bug is mostly just a consistency fix and to make sure the names are correctly spelt.
