Can I run the game @60fps with 3Gb of VRAM?

Hello! I noticed, the game says the specs for running the game at 60fps and 1080p is a GTX 1060 6GB.

However, I have a 3GB 1060, I have more than enough CPU and RAM. Last year, the graphic card specs were the same (min. 1060 6GB), but I was able to run the game at 60fps with a lower resolution with my 1060 3GB (I used to play with 720p) in order to get 60 fps (which for me is 100% neccesary in a racing game).

Does this apply to this year's game? Have anyone tried the game already or someone from EA can tell me if I will be able to run the game at lower resolutions at 60fps with 3GB of VRAM?
