Hi there EA_Mako ive tried doing a power cycle, ive changed my dns around and also rebooted my pc to see if that did anything, went through additional troubleshooting but it keeps coming up with the same error message

Can you try a full clean boot of your system at this point? That's a bit more involved, but would help rule out a few things so we can take a look from here.
Hey EA_Mako thanks for helping me out so far, i have tried a clean boot aswell but it keeps popping up with the same error message when i try downloading the game, im not that fussed about playing the game a few days early but it would be really nice haha

Out of curiosity BobbyFCGMast, are you able to download any of the other EA Play Pro titles through the EA app, or are they giving you that "problem with your download" error as well?

EA_Mako yeah no problem at all, as for downloading other titles those work fine, i tried with both battlefield 2042 and the mysims bundle which are on EA Play Pro and they both download just fine getting no error message
