UPDATE: 1.11.25 After the initial issue when my payment didn't go through and I encountered issues I made sure to navigate to the website and cancel my subscription... A few days later I was charged anyway and my subscription resumed.
During this period I was no longer suspended.
Instead of doing a charge back I once again. navigated to the EA website and cancelled my subscription..
Today, my subscription has ended and of course. I'm now back to being suspended..
I did receive a reply on my support ticket shortly after my last update but they just told me they saw no suspensions on my account.
Which i already stated and they charged my card so I did not follow up...
Hoping for some assistance & to see somebody dig into this a little bit more as I spent a lot of money and time on the iconic edition and paid for the premium subscription service.
I've encountered this bug twice! across two different computers and It can be recreated!
