No, it's a bug.

If you're driving in Williams' career mode and you win races even though you haven't installed any upgrades, it's not due to the car's performance.

They have not confirmed a specific date yet, but the Sports Update has been in September for several years now and I don't see why that would change this year.

Is this September Sports update confirmed? It's definitely happening?

The team performance is not being ignored and will be updated in a future patch. Most likely it will be in September's patch as usual.

It's very interesting how this problem regarding team performance is being completely ignored.

This issue has existed for almost three months, and nothing has changed.

It looks correct in the career mode graphic, but it doesn't make sense on the track.

This game is not really interesting!
The team which acquires a point even if I do it where is hardly only top 4 teams and Williams no matter how much I do a race!
I can understand top 4 teams!
The grand prix mode lets it go through in a season, and the race development is decided only by driver rating as the speed of the team is constant!
The speed of Williams is why or takes the points by all means like last year because it is fast!
It is not really interesting!
Why do you not give Haas, racing Bulls, Audi a chance of the point acquisition?
I totally apply a machine color to potential of the last year in this year and seem to be doing a race!

Whenever a race was over, the same team has been already tired of seeing a point result list to get every time!
The team which is slower than Williams is very very interesting by a confused fight!
A chance to win the points comes out to many teams if I have you lower the rating of Williams, and it is for a race interesting at all!
It should pass more than one month after the last rating is updated!
Anyway, update rating early!

Why do you feel the need to redownload the entire game just to update it? Thats just ridiculous. Easier to just uninstall then to wait for this not so smart decision.

​The developers seem to forget who is paying their bills. As long as they can afford to leave us high and dry, nothing is going to change. But sooner or later, more and more players will get frustrated, fed up, and turn their backs on EAs F1.

​My offer still stands for the developers to come to my house, test things on my PC, and try these "isolated messages" out for themselves. I will even cover all the costs if it turns out that I am truly an isolated case...

This has been fixed. It now shows uniform for all players.
