Hello Gavin. Hope you well.
As a huge fan of MyTeam. With literally thousands of hours played. The one thing I and the rest of the community have been asking for is more depth which from the deep dive has definitely been added. But what i personally didnt want is have to micromanage every detail. Deep dive doesn't really cover this. So I'm wondering have you resisted any temptation to make micromanaging a thing?
This unfortunately will be irrelevant. For me as not being able to be owner/driver even though is not realistic. It's a feature that draws me to Myteam over career. So I won't be buying the game this year. Unless its something that can be added in a update.
Seconded I'm Irish and now I can't race as my own driver so no Irish driver in my team or any country that does NOT have a current F1 or F2 driver.
My question to Gavin is this? How hard would it be to re-implement a created driver into my team via
a third selectable box next to driver one and two (Avatar DRIVER) when starting a MYTEAM career and building your career options?

We're definitely listening to the feedback from you and other players regarding custom drivers. While we appreciate it's a significant change to how you experience My Team, we feel that this aspect of the revamp unlocks a lot of new experiences for players, and a lot of interesting decision-making opportunities that weren't possible before. Given how vocal players have been about wanting a shake-up like this for My Team over the last few years, we think it's important to let players balance that change against all the stuff it unlocks, and see how you and other players enjoy the mode as a complete experience when it launches.
And be assured, we will continue to listen throughout all of that, and we will always take players' feedback very seriously. Whether we decide to do anything here in the future will likely depend on how people react to that full experience, once they are able to play the new mode and see how this one change weighs against all the new stuff we have been able to unlock with the new concept - and we're very much looking forward to the point where you get to play it and tell us how you feel :)
