F1 25 DOES NOT START

So 10 days ago i bought ea play pro wanting to play f1 25 and after installing it the first day the game was working, good for now but the next day when i tried to launch the game after the splash screen the game doesnt open, no error message no everything , tried everything possible uninstalled and reinstalled the game, run as admin. verify game files, tried uninstalling verifying the anticheat but nothing works, i dont know what to do.

EDIT!!!! FOR ANYBODY WHO WAS IN MY SAME SITUATION I FIXED IT BY UPDATING MY MOTHERBOARD BIOS VERSION!!!

    I also get the anti cheat error since game launch tried everything possible reached out toEA_Groguet​ with no response. Wiped my whole pc with no success. I just gave up at this point. I just went back to other sim racing games that actually works

    Hi I had the same issue recently, i found uninstalling an optional windows update fixed the problem. This is on the steam version.

    KB5064401 and KB5064081

    One is a cumulative update preview for win 11 24h2 and one is a cumulative update preview for .NET framework 3.5/4.8.1

    I don't have KB5064081 installed (it's still sitting as an option to download and install, which i didn't) and there's only three updates available for me to uninstall.  And KB5064401 isn't one of them =(

    I'd like to try this step but will I lose my folders and data in my local disk (C:) after uninstalling those two windows update? I'd love to read your further answer.

    All you have to do is go into update history see if you have those updates and then select uninstall updates select the update and it will uninstall. Because they are optional updates it shouldn’t affect your computer in any capacity. :)

    i reset my pc yesterday and now that update isnt available to delete anymore... any sugestions?

    I believe OP solved it by updating the bios in their motherboard.

    I would also make sure none of the following programs are running as they've been known to cause issues with EA's Anticheat.

    • JoyToKey

    • Reshade
    • Windhawk
    • MSI Gaming Intelligence
    • Steelseries GG
    • Daemon Tools
    • THX Spatial
