F1 26 (Silverstone track)

Will Silverstone be updated, just minor.

Turn 3 (Village) has flatter red sausage kerbs as does Turn 9 (Vale).

Copse exit kerb has thicker white lines, as does exit of Stowe and exit of Turn 10 (Club).

Entry to Stowe has more off track tarmac before entry kerb on the left.

Before Turn 10 (Club) thick red sausage kerb removed.

  • Generally they only update tracks for the release of the game so I wouldn’t expect it to change till F1 27

  • You can't look at it that way; we're playing the 2026 season, so the cars and tracks have to reflect that season as well. EA is doing an amazing job with the games, which is why I always buy them.

  • I think even more fundamental than this.. the overtake detection point is in a completely different place in real life (after vale, before club, as opposed to entering vale).

I think all the updates are valid; after all, that's what this forum was created for.

I'm not a dev but, a physical location or the game's detection point? I've noticed so far that Bahrain and Miami have the in-game detection points set to the wrong location, further up the track compared to where it is physically on-track.

Of course, everything is valid and should be looked at for max realism. But there are certainly things that change fundamental track mechanics more than others. If there was a giant brick wall over the start line you'd probably say that's quite important to fix more urgently than other things.
