Fix the tyre wear on console.

I moaned about this a couple months back and ik this will change nothing as usual but I meed to get it off my chest.

I play on controller I consider myself to be quite fast. Similar pace to my friend on a rig, we do co-op races mostly 110 ai the races that cost me in the championship every season are the ones I am forced to do an extra stop because it is not possible to save tyres like people on a wheel. i understand wheel users should have an advantage because its harder to learn but it should not be this drastic. We are just done with the Qatar gp and I naturally 2 stopped compared to the 1 stop of my friend I was on my hard tyre 5 laps less I ended with atleast 20% more tyre wear.

Like I said this has troubled me and others for months and I have tried changing my style and setups It has little to no effect.

Also while I'm here make it so you can select the hard allocation on co-op career cheers EA 👍

  • EA has no interest in changing anything because it simply isn’t interested in producing a good game. Now we unfortunately have to live with this nonsense for another year and hope for F127.

The fact that the AI is far too weak and you have to limit yourself (e.g., using ERS only on medium in qualifying, not using DRS) just to create equal opportunities for the AI at 110 and make the offline game usable is a farce…

I’ve given up hope, and that’s what takes the fun out of the game for many controller users and fast drivers.

As you already said, it’s fine that wheel users have an advantage over controller users… but doing it through tire wear instead of taking away the controller’s grip advantage and making it more skill-based again would be a dream for many and would bring more players back to the console…

But unfortunately, that’s just wishful thinking…

  • The tyre wear on a controller in F125 is one almighty blunder by the development team! Tyre wear has always been equal on a pad and wheel until this year.

It yet again just demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and extremely poor programming.

But to simply just leave it in such a mess with not even acknowledging it or at least trying to fix it is absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately they are more interested in creating utter drivel gimmicks rather than resolve what is a calamitous issue!
