Game crashes after I try to turn it on

Have you tried this:

Steam Home Page > Right Click F1 2025 > Properties > Installation Files > Verify Game Files

If any files out of order or missing this will fix

Try delete hardware setings config file located in my documents my games f1 25 this will reset graphic setings for game if that works .also try close any additional programs that running in background like windhawk if you are using it or mybe some other programs. 

Tried all of those things you mentioned... nothing helped
