Gamma Setting locked
I set my gamma too high when I first launched the game. Now the Gamma adjustment setting is 'red and I am not able to adjust it.

Hmm, mine appears to be adjustable. Perhaps there is some sort of override set in the Nvidia control panel or through your monitor?
Try turning off the HDR on your PC. It worked on my PS5.
