Hoping for team performance adjustment with the mid-September patch

I’ve been taking my sweet time through my 1st season of my team. After completing 11 100% races, Max Verstappen has won all but 2 of them, having taken pole at 10 starts. He leads the championship by a large margin. The McLaren’s are nowhere near. My Team car is not challenging for wins, but it’s a bit annoying for the licenced game to be so unrepresentative of reality. I’m hoping that the announced mid-September patch will include a team performance adjustment that will bring the grid closer to reality.

I'd like to say it gets better, but it doesn't.  I'm also doing 100% races and having similar experiences.

Max dominated the first 9 races on mine and then the Driver Ratings update came out... and he just dominated even more as it killed the competition to him.    I'm at Brazil now and halfway through the race where he's about 30-40 seconds ahead by lap 27.  So out of 21 poles, Max has 18 with Russell getting one, Leclerc getting one and Norris getting one. He has also got pole at every sprint so far.   He's won most of the races too.  Norris got a few before the driver ratings update but now doesn't even get podiums.   I think Norris has 3 wins (2 before the driver update and 1 after), Leclerc has 1 win and George has 1 win (plus one additional Sprint win) and they both happened due to Max retiring.

Ocon is also really good on mine for some reason where he's always around 7th or 8th and then claims additional places due to retirements.   He's right up there with Alonso and the Williams cars and miles ahead of other midfielders.

In more positive news; Tsunoda is fixed on mine where he only scores points occasionally rather than doing really well every weekend,  Piastri is just as competitive as Lando is now (both always finishing within 10 seconds of each other) Antonelli now scores the amounts of points I would expect as he had two points in the 9 races before the driver ratings update and like 75-80 in the 12 after.  Sainz also isn't 6th every race and is now relatively close with Albon.   Although Williams themselves are miles ahead of the rest of the midfield (bar Ocon and Alonso)

If I took Max out of the equation then it's actually quite an exciting title race now with Leclerc, Norris, Hamilton and Russell all within 20 points of each other which feels like the main reason i've continued this far.
