I can't run f1 25

Please help me I bought EA Play Pro subscription but I can't play the game I bought it for. I do not know what the problem is if other people play f1 25 on my video card (I reinstalled drivers, tried to log in with administrator rights, disabled anti-virus, restored the game files, rebooted the pc and so on, and no it is not a problem with Windows because I can play f1 23 and when I start it writes me the same thing but without the fact that my video card does not meet the minimum settings)
