UPDATE: I managed to figure out how to chat with someone from EA support (don't even get me started on how difficult that was to find), and they just told me to contact Microsoft since I ordered the game on their store and that there is nothing EA can do... So now I have both supports telling me they can't do anything and that the other company is the only one who can fix it. I don't get how it is this difficult to just send me a code or whatever it is to redeem the free month of F1 TV Pro. I've got the receipt proving I purchased it and I've taken screenshots showing that my Xbox account is linked to my EA account and that my Offers and Promotions page of my EA account is empty.
