    Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. New codes should be dispatched now. If you didn't have your code before, please launch the game, and then you should receive an email with your F1 TV Code.

I’m from the US and I pre-ordered the iconic edition for F1 25 but still have not gotten my free F1 TV pro code I looked in my wallet and promotions. It’s not there. I checked my email and I contacted your support and they brought me here. I’ve been trying for many days now and I still can’t get my code. Appreciate if I can get some help.
