    Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. New codes should be dispatched now. If you didn't have your code before, please launch the game, and then you should receive an email with your F1 TV Code.

I'm having the same issue. I tried to talk to EA support but they told me to go to Steam and Steam doesn't offer support. Can you help EA_Groguet​
