Include a generic Wet setup with the pre-sets setups.

Should a WET setup be included among the MAXIMUM DOWNFORCE - INCREASED DOWNFORCE - BLANCED - INCREASED TOP SPEED - MAXIMUM TOP SPEED presets? I realize these will be different for each wet track, but so these generic ones are. So why not to have basic Wet setup?
