Is region 3 version of F1 25 on PS5 available?

So I'm in Asia and I went around my local stores and online but I can't find anyone selling the region 3 release of the F1 25 game.
Tried to search on google and this forum for why but no results. Does anyone know why?

F1 26 DLC
Don't include that straight-line speed reduction in the DLC. Just change the teams and drivers and remove DRS. That speed reduction is awful.
