It used to be that you could Insert a Saved Livery from Other Mode but it does appear to have vanished this year. I can kinda understand the sponsors not being copied across as they're not all available in Career until they're unlocked but it's a faff to create the livery in F1 world and write down the RGB things in order to match it when creating it in MyTeam.
Yeah I can see why they haven't done it for transferring from F1 World to career mode due to sponsor unlocks, but even the option to save and load previous livery options from that specific my team save would work and remove the problems of sponsor unlocks
