Livery transfer to ps5 to pc

So İ started my sim Racing carrer in ps4 and ps5 I bought f1 2024 and f1 25 Iconic edition. Recently I switched my platform to pc. Now my McLaren chrome livery is gone and my Iconic pack aswell I loved the chrome livery. So How do I get it back?
