I have the same problem

End of season 1 i got the Elite trophy (and also the Gold trophy which should not have happened) - got them in the message box, can put these 2 in the cabinet

End of season 2 i got the Elite trophy again (claimed in the inbox message) but dont show up in the cabinet, it has literraly dissapeared from everywhere

End of season 3, still got the Elite trophy and the same problem as Season 2
