Penalty system

This has been a problem for awhile pretty sure on the standard F125 game, but I noticed a lot more in the DLC. In open lobbies if someone hits into me or taps me I get a penalty, I mean fair enough if I turned in on them and deserved one but no on a straight for example if someone just hits me I get a penalty. Makes no sense but I hope its something that can be fixed.
