Race Engineer Audio Crackling leads to Desktop Crash F1 25

So I am having an issue with my in race Team Comms, Any option I select with "Jeff" has him come back laggy, distorted and crackling then a few moments later my pc crashes to desktop without an error code or message. I have literally tried everything I can think of to fix this and I am not hard resetting my pc when this is just an F1 25 problem... has anyone else experienced this or found a fix for this?
