    Why not post here!!

Racenet is a great idea, poorly implemented! It is really useful, but these features should be IN THE GAME, not on a separate app where 80% of your player base has no idea it even exists. The telemetry data should be visible in game on your garage monitor, either in Time Trial, Practice or Qualifying Sessions. You have the ability to track real time telemetry for what the car and the driver inputs are doing, so why not let us see these in game and compare to team mates during a session? Show players where they can find lap time, how to improve pace, what their driving is doing in terms of fuel and tyre behaviour etc!

There are so many third party apps that use your telemetry settings in the menu to provide some incredible information. Jeff2.0 is an app that shows you a lot more in-race information, including everyone's total track limit warnings, and even your opponents ERS battery levels. SimRacingTelemetry shows an insane amount of pro level telemetry from your laps and even shows the real data for things like tyre slip statistics and G-loads through each tyre. If third parties are able to create these amazingly useful features, why are the actual game devs so far behind with it?

This is what players want!! You have a very strong sim racing community on the F1 game. Cut back on trying to gimmicky brand clothing for your avatar and put more effort into actual racing/gameplay features! I get that you have to be accessible to even the casual F1 fan, but don't dumb the game down and turn it into an arcade racer or you WILL lose an enormous amount of your players to rival sim games.

OK - I will :) thanks SDGMatt  for the suggestion!

First, I couldn't agree more that this should be "IN THE GAME." If the game is supposed to have an F1 feel to it - the one thing every team would say that they spend the most time dealing with is telemetry. The teams spend more time each race weekend (outside of sprint race weekends) working through telemetry than actual racing. Going back to F1 games over 25 years ago they all had in game telemetry that was quite good, and covered more elements of the car.

Currently I use Iko Rein's software - although difficult to update because I am on a Mac,  but it is extremely good. Also I am doing the free version of Track Titan but its support of the F1 series is spotty in terms of the full features it offers. For example no  in-car views of laps and some other features it has available for iRacing and AC.

For RaceNet - it only contains only the fastest lap for a specific track, However, you can compare it with any other fastest lap time for others and watch it on track. It covers the basics for telemetry - time diff, speed, braking, acceleration, steering, and gear. It also lets you reset cars so that you can see how someone else took a corner in a real contrast to your own effort. It has different views like chase or in cockpit...

    But... (possible updates):

    1. When you are following a lap it has a vertical redline so you can see exactly what you are doing and what the other car is doing. But when you click to stop the car movement the red line goes away and it is hard to determine where on the telemetry you should be looking. So change one would be when you stop the car movement - the red line stays on the screen. That would be a HUGE addition.
    2. When you have stopped the car and you move the mouse the line reappears - it would be great if when you move and click the mouse on another part of telemetry line that the view of the car would move to that point. That would be a great addition.
    3. When going into a corner it is hard to see where you are breaking as there is only the track and car(s) on the screen and no other reference points. It would be helpful if the 150/100/50 markers were on the screen for each corner.

These are the starting three items that I think would really increase the value of this - and hopefully wouldn't be too hard to implement.

    Thanks!
