Racing in the wet tooo often!!!!!

Hi, im just wondering if any one has came across this issue that im having.

I've started my team career and my driver career. In both careers at least 80% to 85% over my races have been in the wet. 

I even started a new my team career. 

I've change to forecast accuracy from perfect to approximate and im still having this issue.
