I'm using a Thrustmaster 458 Italia wheel which until today was working. I changed the USB port it was in and now I cannot see it in the game. I have tried it in other ports with no joy. It works fine in Windows and all buttons are accessible. I made the mistake of removing local data in the game and boom it was gone. Feeling very frustrated at not being able to solve this, any help would be much appreciated.

I regret to report that made no difference. My wheel is a Thrustmaster F458 Italia, and was working ok. I no longer see a box in controller/ force feedback settings called wheel, where I can configure the bindings. Previously I was able to save the altered bindings to a different name but now it seems as though Steam or the game itself, does not see the wheel, but Windows does. Please help.
Thank you very much, I will see if that works and report back. There is also a file called hardware_settings_config_deviceid_0x1380, what does that do please?
