Suggest Improvements for F1 26

Last year there was a thread that lumped all the suggested improvements in one place. I was looking at it earlier to day and I see many of the same issues exist this year.

Just looking at my suggestions they did split the driver from the owner which I like, but I get others don’t and they made the race suits less shiny. 

Things I would have liked to see were:

1. Ability to turn weather off in my team and career modes
2. Qualifying programme at all tracks to help set AI
3. Ability to turn off sprint races in my team and career mode, or change weekends
4. Pit box order changes season to season
5. AI consistent track to track, qualifying to race, wet to dry, and season to season
6. Pit crew and team wear options, not just the one tired  style for each.
7. More base my team customization options to start, put them in the store if you want
8. Rivalries are hollow without some sort of media interplay. 
9. Ability to change AI mid session or if you restart a session. 

Things I would add after this year’s edition are:

1. Allow us to set race strategy for both My Team drivers
2. Add hot seat so we can be both drivers at the same weekend
3. Make the icons look young enough to actually still be in F1
4. Let us make our own icons so we can drive as ourselves if we want.

This one is purely subjective

5. If you insist on keeping the sponsor liveries and suits, make them more classic. This one would not be listed if there were more, classic base items to start with.

If you could only implement 1 it would be the ability to shut off weather for obvious reasons.
