Suggested improvements to the pilot career mode in future versions of the game

I'm in the fourth season of my driver career mode, and it's incredible how nothing happens as you reach important milestones in your career. I started in a small team until I arrived at Mercedes and became champion, all to try to simulate the most common driver trajectory as much as possible. But since my first achievements, like my first podium, my first victory, and even my first championship title, nothing has happened, not even a congratulatory message from the engineers in my inbox. It's bizarre. It would be amazing if we had some cutscenes for these key career moments. In the end, it breaks the immersion not having anything for these key moments.
