Tyre wear difference between assists and non assists

as the title states, i have been experiencing higher tyre wear per lap and have about +5-10% higher wear than my friends at the end of stints sometimes even more its track dependent. we are using the...

This is interesting, I know the tyre wear on a pad when compared to a wheel this year is an absolute shambles. Pad users are suffering with excessively high tyre wear compared to those who use a wheel, which is something that's never happened before in previous itterations of the game.

I've tried adjusting steering lock, suspension and other things to no avail.
