Updating the performance and appearance of cars

When will we be able to get performance updates for the cars, as well as their exterior changes? Red Bull has definitely picked up the pace, and their gap to the rest has definitely narrowed. Ferrari...

I suggested that the developers add the option to manually change driver ratings in the settings; this would solve the problem and make the game much better, though it would only apply to offline modes.
