Bug: Early Arrival of Players on Pre-Contracts

Players with whom you have a pre-contract agreement will join in the winter transfer window instead of playing out the remaining six months of their contract at their current club.

This is extremely game-breaking, and I can't convey how big of a disappointment it is, having invested hours in my save - playing every game manually.
