I got knocked out of the competition what should I do(Nintendo Switch)

Yes, exact issue I’m facing…club players that also play for the national team I manage don’t even play and they are fatigued? Such an annoying bug. Fix it EA

It's not just a European suspension, it's any suspension. It's just a domestic suspension is done with quickly. I had a player get suspended in last UCL group game, fitness was messed up until Feb, but as soon as suspension was served, fitness returned. 

I suspect that the game actually gives a sharpness boost to a suspended player, but in turn fitness can't go up at the same time sharpness does. It's one or the other.

Its is because of a European suspension...as soon as the suspension has been served, they return to fitness. In squad hub, the suspended icon is the cause of it, as soon as it goes away, the player returns to normal

Happened to me but all fine now.

same problem on PS5. playing for Dortmund, fitness issue with Schlotterbeck appeared in the middle of the season. lets up this topic and please share if you find the solution

I have the same problem with one player. Also coaching a national team with your own players involved in the team seems to mess up their fitness too and if you have tournaments your players don’t recover, much like the bug you’ve described.
