Career Mode Rant

I want to cover two main points in this. 

1. Players need to develop playstyles.

A player should have no less than 3 normal playstyles at 85 overall. Playstyles are what I’ve found make players feel unique and interesting and it sucks having a high rated player that feels boring. It should be based on role + or ++ potentially or maybe off of certain milestones for each position. If a center back reaches 400 career aerial duels - they receive aerial if they don’t already have it. This could even be as simple as - when a player develops a role +, they are granted 1 playstyle in that role. If they develop a role ++ they get 2.

2. Player roles within different “systems” need to be far more open. The system should give bonuses to certain roles but you should be able to play tiki taka without inverted fullbacks and you should be able to play standard with a target forward. This feature is so agonizingly dumb. The workaround I created is that I have a “standard” setup and I just switch to my preferred “custom” system at the start of the match as it impacts development to be a “custom” system.
