Critical manager objectives

My objectives with critical priority are :

-Win 25 home games

-Sign 3 players born in Asia

I've sent my youth scout to Asia, but winning those 25 home games could be a problem. You see, i play with Chelsea and don't have european football. Which means i must not only progress far in the domestic cups, but i have to hope i get drawn at least 6 times at home in those. I played away in the first round in the Carabao cup, and i have to play again away in the second round. Hope i don't get fired when i bring home the triple but have played not enough home games

Hello @Nightbeat_BE Manager Career mode objectives have been broken for over a decade, and will likely never be patched. My suggestion at this point would be to just play games and get used to the new settings and gameplay design, then next week on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday when EA releases a large squad update that adds all or most missing third kits in the game, delete the current save, and restart a proper career save when Chelsea's third kit is usable. As of now, the game is incomplete, and spending time on a career mode with a two kit team that should have three is, not a waste of time, rather an almost pointless exercise. In addition, whenever I start a new career mode save, the first goal is to review the Board Objectives for unfulfillable or ridiculous requirements, for instance raise the squad average age to 28 or 29, sign three players from Asia or North America, sell scouted youth players for x number of dollars in the next 2 or 3 seasons, get a streak of x number of clean sheets at home or away, or in your case 25 wins at home. All of the aforementioned objectives are either broken or partially broken, e.g. get x number of clean sheets regardless of home or away does actually function now, but not if stated only home or away matches. If any of those objectives are present, I immediately terminate the save, and restart a new career mode. There are instances where I have to restart 5 to 10 times to achieve favorable objectives. Lastly, when starting a new career mode save, check the squad for older (33 or older) players. Generally, half of them are scheduled to retire in the current season, while others have not indicated their intention yet, however, will do so before the end of the January transfer market closure. There exists an unpatched glitch where retiring players will demand a contract extension, which is impossible to conduct, resulting in your manager rating steadily declining over time. When starting a career mode with some teams that comprise older players, sometimes I have to restart that career a number of times, to where all older players can be sold, traded, or released. It can be a time consuming practice to start a career, review the squad and objectives, then delete and restart, however, these tactics can give you the best chance of avoiding getting sacked for a multi season save.
