FC24 Player Career Mode Player Development Stops at Level 50

Hello. My question is that why does my player stop developing at level 50?? I play as an AMC and I am now stuck at 86 overall? Is this intentional , a bug or have I done something wrong while developing? I have searched for all possible answers and questions but cant seem to find any proper answers anywhere . I have been a loyal customer of EA Sports for more than 20 years. Bought almost every single title in the FIFA and the NHL Franchises . I would like to have an answer to my question for the thousands of Euros I have spent during this period.

Cause of this I would expect an answer ASAP. 

Otherwise I will NEVER EVER BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT WITH THE NAME EA SPORTS on it.
