Getting fired career mode

Question

1st issue: I got fired in career mode being FIRST in the league!

The objective given by the board was to win the league, I was definitely on the path to reach that goal. EA please fix this bug as it makes career mode unplayable!

2nd issue: In general, the goals set by the board are unrealistic, e.g. reaching the cup quarterfinals with a 3rd Division team!
EA please fix that and let the board set more realistic goals!

Kills the realism when you have to play the same game over and over until you win or else you get fired.

@tobias1komma0I think you'll find that, if you don't meet the domestic cup objective, you get fired.This has been an issue for at least the previous two versions (22 and 23) of the game.In Fifa 23 last year, I missed the domestic cup objective and only just survived by meeting every other objective - in fact, exceeding some of them.The setting of unrealistic objectives is also a carry over from the previous two versions. I have been told to make a profit of £175 million as a third-tier team in the past...The only way around it is to make sure you really do meet that domestic cup objective, even if it means cheating in the game.
