Same here.
Not only some games simply dont count towards the playoffs (the game & servers know they existed, since the calendar acknowledges it), our raking is wrong.
Literally, the biggest thing in Pro Clubs this year, is completely broken. THE MAIN FEATURE IS BROKEN. It's a joke.
This is our raking after going 24-0 (since 4 games didnt count)

I took these screenshots last night. You can see that despite being 72nd in the Elite Div Playoff leaderboard, it was showing that our rewards were only going to be top 25% instead of top 1%.
Just feels like this playoffs has been a broken mess from start to finish.
This needs to be addressed by EA. Without assurances that this will be fixed for next season, why would anyone bother putting in the effort to get back up to elite div?
they just don’t care. If it’s UT they fix it within an hour.
Same here, gutted to just get participant reward after fighting hard for the playoff wins...
We were just behind you on the leaderboards, exactly the same. Notice that Chips N Pito got 19 wins 0 losses with 20 games played which obviously doesn't make sense.
