Manager Jackets

How come whenever I start a career mode, my manager never seems to where a jacket in the rain/snow etc, it ruins the immersion honestly. Is this a bug or was it removed? This only happens when I do a real manager career also I play on PlayStation 4 so I don’t know if this occurs on the new gen consoles. I would really like any feedback from EA thanks.
