Only one manager on ligue 1

Hi, i wanted to start a manager career but as i’m not a huge fan of the customization of the manager I decided to go through the “use a real manager” but i didn’t knew at this moment I will be this disappointed when i’ll saw the difference between the manager of the whole country and the ones of France. Can someone know and explain why do we have only the manager of Psg “Luis Enrique” and not the others ????
