Player transfer request

Please fix this ridiculous bug! Players in manager mode missing one or two games who then hand in a transfer request. Basically that's it for said player, they will eventually leave for nothing or I am forced to sell them. There's no way to get the player off the transfer list however much more they play, and its impossible to discuss a new contract. This is ruining the fun of playing career mode
