What a great way to use a previous heartbreak in the mention of this Spursy luck this time working against Chelsea in favour of Spurs. As a neutral (in relation to both London clubs) I hadn't made that connection myself, so that was very helpful for my mind to put all the pieces together.
I also like the ambivalence of playing in the superior competition. I agree that such a situation can often backfire, but somehow it's not often talked about.

@JustinCase0110 Ha thank you. It is typical Spurs to be the only (as far as I can remember) English team to finish in the top 4 and not make the Champions League since the CL expansion.
