You have reached the limit for numbers of clubs join requests

Hello 

I'm not abble to join or send transfer requests to any Club as you see in the photo 

and at same time im not able cancel any pending requests to other clubs .. so i i'm not  able to join fresh club again or play with friends .

Please any solution?
