Why is player career mode so limited

EA I don’t understand why player career mode feels so limited like the hairstyles and accessories we can’t even equip gloves or ankle tapes anymore WHY???. We have playstyle plus on every online game mode but you guys don’t bring to offline game modes/Player Career I don’t get it. I’m sorry plz take the personality traits out from the shopping BS it’s been in the game for a while do something else with it plz or give us a cut screen like how manger career has it when after some games they interview you and u select a answer.
